How to get there and find your way around

From the Hôtel Faubourg Montréal, by public transport or by cab, the best entrance is 3200 rue Jean-Brillant, Montréal, Québec, H3T 1N8.

Opening ceremony, room B-0215

Enter at 3200 rue Jean-Brillant, walk straight ahead until you reach the second flight of stairs on your right, which will lead you to the “Amphithéâtre” B-0215 situated in the basement of the pavilion.

If you need to use an elevator, continue walking until you see red lockers. After passing these lockers, you will see an elevator on your left. Go to floor 0, exit and open up two doors until you are in the corridor leading to room B-0215.

Health break for Tables 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6

When exiting the staircases leading you to the second floor, take a left and walk to the very end of the corridor where the “Comptoir Jean-Brillant” is situated. Beverages will be served. If you are exiting the elevator, turn right and follow the corridor until you reach the “Comptoir Jean-Brillant” for the health break.

Rooms for Table 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 (C-2082, C-2084, C-2086, C-2088, C-2090, Pavilion Lionel-Groulx)

After the break, for those looking for rooms C-2082, C-2084, C-2086, C-2088, C-2090, Pavilion Lionel-Groulx, take the corridor on your right when facing the area where the beverages were served and walk until you see the room number you are looking for on your left.

Rooms for Table 1 : Friday morning, Health break and first session: Salon François-Chevrette (A-3464); Friday afternoon and Saturday: A-2405, (Pavillon Maximilien-Caron.

If you are looking for the Salon François-Chevrette or room A-2405, when exiting the staircases leading you to the second floor of the Pavillon Jean-Brillant, take a left and walk to the very end of the corridor, until you have no choice but to turn right or left. If you are exiting the elevator, turn left and follow the corridor. In both cases, at the end of the corridor, turn left (the Coop will be right in front of you). Follow the twisting corridor. On the left is room A-2405 for Table 1, Friday afternoon and Saturday. For the Salon François-Chevrette, go to the very end of the corridor. On your left, you will see an elevator. Take it to the 3^rd floor and take the door on your left. You are there.

“Local local”

This is also known less glamorously as the cafeteria. It is easy to spot on the main corridor of the pavillon Jean-Brillant. Just look for the daylight!

Closing ceremony

Find your way to the main corridor of the second floor of the Pavillon Jean-Brillant and follow the signs for “Amphitéâtre B-2245”.
